Shipping & Returns
All products are shipped 1 – 5 business days after order is placed from our facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. Products shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground will take typically 2 – 4 business days to arrive, products shipped via USPS Priority Mail will take typically 2 – 4 business days to arrive, and products shipped via USPS Ground Mail will take typically 2 – 7 business days to arrive.
Canada, Mexico and International orders will ship via the UPS International Ground. Orders will take 5 – 6 business days to process and ship. Shipping times vary based on destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver.
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from the Goldcrest Motorsports Store. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return. Goldcrest Motorsports will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:
All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by Goldcrest Motorsports before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. We reserve the right deny any return. To receive a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, please contact the Goldcrest Motorsports at (770) 693-6901 during business hours.
All used parts/items are sold “as is” and no warranty/exchange/returns may be offered.
For all other returns/exchanges we offer the following two options.
Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label.
Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange.
Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a 15% restock fee.
All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
